Big Creek Granite has customized a step-by-step process catered to make the entire experience easy and enjoyable for the customer. In a few short visits, your remodeling dreams will become reality.

Step 1—FREE Initial Consultation
Big Creek Granite features free initial consultations. At this free consultation, BCG will travel to your home or business, take various measurements and approximately 60 photographs, template the job, and then print and present the quote onsite. BCG will educate the customer on the entire process and answer questions.

BCG values the customer's time and finishes most of the inital legwork at this free 30-minute consultation. Digital technology allows BCG to create accurate templates without even removing the old countertops. These templates generated at the initial consultation will be used for the actual fabrication. Therefore, BCG will not need to visit your establishment again until installation day. This maximizes productivity and minimizes use of the customer's time.

Step 2—Contract
After the customer accepts the bid, a signed contract will document all terms and conditions. Please refer to the Warranty page for more information.

Step 3—Selection
Big Creek Granite will work with the customer to select the stone of their choice, answering questions and providing guidance as needed. Please refer to the Products page for more information.

Step 4—Installation
Big Creek Granite completes the entire job in one day's time, allowing the customer to go about normal activities almost uninterrupted. "Breakfast on the old and dinner on the new!" BCG will eduate the customer on proper care of the countertops and provide followup assistance as needed.
